California: Martin Juarez has been getting plenty of practice driving drunk; now he is under arrest for DUI death of Breana Webb

A Bakersfield teenager was killed Monday by a suspected drunk driver, who has one prior conviction of driving under the influence.
Police say 33-year-old Martin Juarez was driving the wrong way on Coffee Road when he slammed into another car, driven by 18-year-old Breana Webb.
The crash happened just north of Stockdale Highway around 3:45 a.m. Monday. Juarez was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Court records show this is not the first time Juarez has been arrested for suspicion of DUI. In 2005, he pleaded guilty to DUI and was sentenced to three years probation.
