California: one of America’s worst judges let Ryan Karr off with short sentence for killing family of five while he was DUI; now he is out on the road and DUI again…

A Windsor man on parole for the deaths of five people in a 2007 Highway 101 crash was in custody Sunday involving a suspected DUI case, said Petaluma police officials.

With help from an anonymous tip, officers arrested Ryan Karr, 32, at 9:15 p.m. Saturday at the Phoenix Theater, said
Petaluma Sgt. Ken Savano.

Karr had been wanted by the law since December when he escaped from Santa Rosa Junior College officers who were investigating Karr for suspected driving under the influence.

A no-bail warrant was issued for his arrest and he has been at large since then, Savano said.

Officers found Karr at the downtown Petaluma theater where he was attending a concert.

He was arrested on the warrant and taken to the Sonoma County Jail.

Karr was sentenced to four years in prison in 2010 for the rear-end crash north of Santa Rosa that killed five people in one family.
