MONTEREY PARK  — A Baldwin Park man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving Thursday after his truck crashed into a car on the 60 Freeway in Monterey Park and killed two passengers.
Salvador Tamayo, 39, was booked on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He suffered minor injuries.
