Florida: DUI killer Beau Durling was three times legal limit when he plowed into Jack Rosen
Durling has two other serious driving infractions:
In 2008, he pleaded guilty to a DUI charge and was sentenced to a year probation. He was later cited for careless driving, following too closely and running red light, according to county records.
Delaware: Samuel E. Pu Tzoy charged with DUI after hit and run caused triple rollover, crash into cop car and stop sign blast
u Tzoy was taken into custody without further incident and transported back to Troop 7 where he was charged by troopers with Vehicular Assault 1st, Leaving the Scene of a Collision Resulting in Injury, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Driving without a Valid License, and various other traffic related charges. Lewes Police Department also charged Pu Tzoy with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Disregarding a Police Officer’s Signal, Reckless Driving, and other traffic offenses.

ODESSA, DEL. – The Delaware State Police report that it’s Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash in which a male pedestrian was struck and killed that occurred on Oct. 3, 2015 in Odessa. The driver who fled from the scene was later arrested for DUI when the cops caught up with him.
