Bradford Biggers, 53, of 39 Imperial Ave., was arrested March 22 at approximately 9:30 p.m. after he reportedly tried to drive up the handicapped-access ramp at the Westport Woman’s Club.
Officers dispatched to the scene found Biggers driving in the club’s parking lot, and noticed that the ramp had been damaged. When they spoke with Biggers, alcohol could be smelled on his breath, police said. Biggers also failed field sobriety tests, police said. …MORE
