Norwich, Conn. —A Lisbon man was arrested twice early Wednesday, charged with leaving the scene of an accident at Foxwoods and driving drunk in Norwich.
State police from Montville said Matthew L. Sharp, 23, of 38 Dogwood Lane in Lisbon, was leaving the  MGM Grand parking garage at Foxwoods when he struck another vehicle and left the scene.   ….MORE
