The Newark Police Department Traffic Unit arrested Terrance Anderson for fatal motor vehicle collision after his release from the hospital.

DUI Alcohol

Anderson was arraigned though Justice of the Peace Court #2 and issued $6,000 secured bond. At the time of this release, Anderson remains at Newark PD HQ.

The Newark Police Department Traffic Unit has identified Millard Lofland, 30, of Wilmington, DE as the front seat passenger who sustained fatal injuries.
