DWI HIT PARADE: Shawn H. Wingate dragged a trophy state highway sign under his Dodge Ram truck as he earned his 5th DWI arrest in Delaware
SEAFORD, DEL. – How many times does a DWI driver get to rack up a DWI conviction before a Judge in Delaware will put him or her in prison for any meaningful time in order to protect the lives of the public? Ask one of the bozos on the bench as it is clear from the public record of DWI arrests that the opportunity for an impaired driver to kill in Delaware is endless and Judges let repeat offenders have the run of the road. Prepare to die if you drive in Delaware as the Judges of Delaware have great tolerance for repeat offenders and clearly do not care about you and your family.
The Delaware State Police report that they have arrested 48-year-old Shawn H. Wingate after he was found to be under the influence for the 5th time.
