(Winter Haven, Florida April 12, 2011) —  Polk County Sheriff’s Traffic deputies report that they arrested a Lakeland woman on Monday after they received from FDLE the lab results which showed that the at-fault driver in a traffic fatality had a blood alcohol content of 0.159, nearly twice the legal limit. 40-year-old Audrey Yutzy formerly of 5750 Kimball Road in Mulberry, who has since moved to Lakeland, recently recovered from her injuries she received during the crash. Deputies obtained a warrant for her arrest today, April 11, 2011, and placed her under arrest without incident the same day. She has been charged with one count DUI Manslaughter. The original information about the crash, released on October 11, 2010, is as follows: Around 1:45 p.m. today, October 11, 2010, a blue 2000 Ford Explorer being driven by Audrey S. Yutzy, DOB 3/9/71, of 5750 Kimball Road, in Mulberry, was heading westbound on Lake Hatchineha Road, approaching the intersection with Detour Road, when for unknown reasons it crossed the double yellow line and entered the eastbound lane into the path of a blue 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis which was heading eastbound on Lake Hatchineha Road, being driven by 84-year-old Margaret Shaughnessy, DOB 3/4/26, of 7200 Leisure Road in Mulberry. The two vehicles collided head-on near the intersection of Detour Road. The Explorer flipped, and landed on its side.  Shaughnessy, in the Grand Marquis, was declared deceased on-scene. She was wearing a seatbelt. Yutzy, in the Explorer, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the SUV. She was airlifted to LRMC, in extremely critical condition.
