FLORIDA: Clearwater Police report arrest of repeat DUI driver Norman Winston for DUI homicide in fatal crash that killed a passenger.

Clearwater Police report that Norman Winston is the driver of the car that was speeding and crashed late Thursday, October 7, 2021, on Bayshore Boulevard, killing a passenger.

Winston is charged with DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide. Less than a year ago, he was arrested on another DUI charge. Police say that Winston was not supposed to have been driving.
