On 12/21/2019 around 7:10 pm, Orourke’s vehicle was called in as a reckless driver. Orourke was found and pulled over in the driveway of 501 Archer Pkwy. Signs of impairment were seen.
She spits in an Officer’s face and attempted to kick another.
She was asked to complete field sobriety exercises, Orourke became uncooperative and refused to complete field sobriety exercises. Due to the level of impairment see, she was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
Alleged Miscreant accused of intimidation: “…on the way to the Lee County Jail, Orourke threatened to kill the arresting officer”.
During the arrest, Orourke tensed and tried to pull away from Officers. She spits in an Officer’s face and attempted to kick another. After being placed into the patrol car, Orourke banged her head on the cage causing a laceration. At the hospital, Orourke kicked an Officer in the leg. After being medically cleared and on the way to the Lee County Jail, Orourke threatened to kill the arresting officer. BAC: refused.

Cape Coral Police report another doozy found on 12/20/2019 around 3:00 am, Clark hit a parked vehicle in the parking lot of Seven Eleven, located at 1540 Andalusia Blvd and left the scene after being confrontational with the owner of the victim she hit.
After running the tag that the two witnesses and victim gave Cape Coral Police Officers, Officers went to Clark’s house. She was getting out of her vehicle when Officers arrived. Signs of impairment were seen.
She was asked to complete field sobriety exercises, which she did. At the completion, she was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence Causing Property Damage and Leaving the Scene of a Traffic Crash. BAC: refused.
