Florida: former Mass trooper wants ‘professional courtesy’ as a cop-out in attempt to kill you while DUI; Collier deputy hooked him up!

NAPLES, Fla. — 07/15/2014 – A Collier County man who asked deputies to show him “some professional courtesy” was arrested Friday and charged with DUI, authorities said.

Gregory Richard Moister, 63, of the 7700 block of Hernando Court, East Naples, was arrested Friday by Collier deputies at Radio Road and Santa Barbara Boulevard.

According to an arrest report, deputies began following Moister’s black Lincoln as it was going south on Airport-Pulling Road. The vehicle was going 85 mph in a 45 mph zone, and deputies followed the vehicle until it turned on to Santa Barbara Boulevard.

Moister was driving erratically and didn’t yield to emergency lights, an arrest report said, so his car was stopped and Moister was ordered out of his car at gunpoint.

Moister was uncooperative during the traffic stop and waved a badge at deputies, the arrest report said, adding that Moister is a former Massachusetts state trooper….MORE
