2013-08-14 —The Florida Highway Patrol is charging a man in connection with a fatal crash on Beach Boulevard in the St. Nicholas back on February 17.
Joseph  Farley, 34, faces four counts of DUI manslaughter in the death of a  human or unborn child, two counts of driving under the influence, and  two counts of driving under the influence and causing damage to a person  or property.

A 35-year-old St. Johns County man has been charged with two counts of DUI  manslaughter following a February crash that killed two people in  Jacksonville.
