Rodger J Carr, 51, of Brookville, Fla, charged with DUI manslaughter when he killed Sandra Sevilla in a crash Dec. 3, 2017, FHP arrest.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 51-year-old Rodger J. Carr was speeding in a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro eastbound on Centralia Road, west of Sunshine Grove Road, in Brooksville around 7 p.m. when Sandra Sevilla stopped at the intersection and then turned in front of him while driving a 2009 Honda Fit.

After the crash, Sevilla was transported to Oak Hill Hospital, where she died from her injuries, FHP said.
