RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol releases video of a man accused of killing 5 people in a hit and run accident.

FHP Trooper Ignacio Diaz pulled over Jabari Kemp, 21, just hours before Kemp’s alleged hit-and-run in Riviera Beach in April.
