NEW PORT RICHEY – A New Port Richey man was arrested today on a DUI-manslaughter charge in the September death of a 59-year-old man, the Florida Highway Patrol said.  Daniel H. Arends, 49, of 8811 Roseann Blvd., was being held in the Land O’ Lakes Jail with bail set at $50,000.
