WEWAHITCHKA — A Wewahitchka man was charged with DUI manslaughter Thursday. Investigators with the Florida Highway Patrol arrested Lloyd J. Husband, 52, after learning that he had a blood alcohol level of .142 during a Feb. 8 incident. ….MORE
