Just before 3 a.m., FHP troopers spotted Stephen Tyler Moore, 18, of Seffner, driving east in the westbound lanes of Fowler Avenue near 56th Street in a black 1992 Jeep Wrangler, officials said.

Troopers in two separate patrol cars tried to stop him multiple times, driving ahead of Moore in what authorities described as a “leap frog fashion” to block his path. Eventually, authorities said, Moore turned left onto Williams Road and one of the troopers pulled him over. The pursuit lasted four minutes and spanned three and a half miles, authorities said. ….MORE
