ST. PETERSBURG — A man accused of causing a three-car accident that killed an 81-year-old man in Pinellas Park was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him in the man’s death.
Tracy D. Garon, 58, faces multiple charges, including DUI-manslaughter and vehicular homicide, in the Dec. 9 death of Charles A. Berry.
Garon was southbound on 49th Street in a 1973 Rolls-Royce when he ran a red light at 62nd Avenue, according to Pinellas Park police.
At the same time, Charles Berry was eastbound through the intersection in a 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis with his wife, Carol Berry, 77, in the passenger seat. A third car, a 1997 Toyota Corolla, was westbound through the intersection.
The three cars collided.
