CAIRO, GA (WALB) – Cairo Police are investigating a hit and run that left a man dead.
It happened around 7:40 pm Friday. Authorities say 57 year-old Tim Young was crossing Highway 84 East, near 8th Street Northeast, when he was struck by a 1990 Toyota Corolla.
