Kooskia-  According to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, at 6:26 a.m. on April 10, 2017, the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a possible DUI crash at the junction of Hwy 12 and Hwy 13 at the Weigh Station.

Deputy Sam AuGello responded to the location and discovered an unoccupied, heavily damaged, 1993 Chevrolet pickup in the landscaping. It appeared that the driver had been injured as there were a broken windshield and blood inside the vehicle.

While other deputies attempted to locate the driver, Deputy AuGello made contact with the registered owner and determined that the driver would have been Keegan S. Kosanke, 36, of Clearwater. While AuGello was speaking with the owner, she received information of Kosanke’s location near the crash site.
