Idaho State Police report that on Saturday June 30, 2012, at approximately 1:10 a.m., a fatal crash occurred at the intersection of Sheepskin Road and Philbin Road, near Fort Hall.  A 1999 GMC Yukon, driven by Kendall Perry, age 21 of Blackfoot was headed southbound on Philbin Road, when he lost control of his vehicle causing it to go off the roadway and roll into a field.  The crash caused Perry and his occupants; Danae Jimmie, age 20 of Blackfoot and Cullen Fights Over, age 19 of Fort Hall, to be ejected from the vehicle.   Jimmie and Fights Over were transported to area hospitals for treatment of their injuries.  Fights Over later succumbed to his injuries at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.  None of the occupants were wearing their seatbelts.   Alcohol may be a factor in this crash.
