A south suburban man was charged with aggravated driving below the influence causing death just after the car he was driving early Saturday crashed into a divider among the Chicago Skyway and the Dan Ryan Expressway, resulting in the death of a passenger in the car or truck.

Aaron Neal, 29, of South Holland, was held on $200,000 bail Sunday in Cook County bond court.
Prosecutors said Neal and 3 of his co-workers began drinking Friday evening at a residence in Lynwood just before Neal drove the group to a bar on the Near North Side. Neal and his buddies continued to drink until about 3:15 a.m., when the group got back into Neal&rsquos 2009 Chevy Impala and headed toward Lynwood, prosecutors stated.
