LOVES PARK — Police have arrested a 25-year-old man on charges of driving under the influence and other crimes in connection
with a Sunday night crash that killed 73-year-old William Neal of Rockford.
Pedro D. Figueroa Ramos, 25, of Rockford was charged with aggravated DUI involving a death, aggravated DUI involving death with a blood alcohol content over .08 and several related aggravated DUI charges.
In addition, Ramos is charged with leaving the scene of an injury accident and faces citations for DUI, operating an uninsured
vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device, a Loves Park Police Department news release said.
