An Edwardsville man who was drunk when he plowed a tow truck into a car, killing a man and his infant son, received a 16-year prison sentence Wednesday.
Mark Ikerman, 45, received the sentence from Associate Judge James Hackett in Madison County. Ikerman pleaded guilty in March to aggravated
