Summary:  Octavio Ibarra-Munoz, age 37, of 121 Arizona Avenue in Joliet was arrested for DUI, illegal parking and illegal transportation of alcohol.

1/31     Location:  Caton Farm and Oakland

Summary:  Jacob M. Rodriguez, age 22, of 14950 S. Archer Avenue in Lockport was arrested for driving off roadway, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and DUI.

Summary:  Victim stated while inside her home she heard a loud noise outside and upon looking out the window observed an unknown man wearing dark clothing running into her barn.  Nothing appeared to be missing.

Summary:  Tamara Larry, age 39, of 14318 S. Wallace in Riverdale was cited for driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, obstructed windshield.  She was held on an active Cook County warrant.

Summary:  Joseph T. Westergaard, age 28, of 7535 W. Pennington Lane in Monee was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, disobeying a stop sign, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving while license revoked.

Summary:  Jill A. Anderson, age 56, of 30736 S. Symerton Road in Wilmington was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and DUI after she lost control of her vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a utility pole.  She was transported to Riverside Hospital with broken bones and a punctured lung.

Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into two company trucks and stole two chain saws and 120ft. of climbing rope.

Summary:  Dustin Lewis Heather, age 35, of 1715 Arbor Lane in Crest Hill was arrested for improper use of registration, failure to transfer title, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, 3 counts of unlawful use of a weapon, and 2 counts of possession of drug equipment.  Tina Marie Corwin, age 34, of 922 Wauponsee St. in Morris was cited for obstructing identification and was held on an active Will County warrant and Grundy County warrant.

Summary:  Stephanie Burke, age 33, of 15253 W. Kenmare Circle in Manhattan, was arrested for improper lane usage, speeding, no tail lights, and DUI.

Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a Mitsubishi Outlander from the driveway of a residence. Channahon Police woke up the owner around 3am to inform them that the vehicle had been involved in a hit and run earlier in the evening and had been abandoned.

Summary:  Christopher Montgomery, age 20, of 310 S. Lockwood in Chicago was cited for speeding and driving while license suspended.

Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a 1999 Olds Intrigue from the driveway of a residence.  It was later discovered that Romeoville Police had multiple inquiries regarding the vehicle in their area and it had been involved in a pursuit with the offender fleeing the scene.

Summary:  Jose Mendez, age 27, of 424 Francis in Joliet was cited for driving while license revoked, speeding, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Summary:  Teresita Banda, age 34, of 133 Akin Avenue in Joliet was cited for defective tail light, no valid driver’s license, and improper lane usage.

HOMER GLEN

1/26     Location:  15551 W. 143^rd Street                                Speedway Gas

Summary:  Michael E. Calbrese, age 41, of 13708 W. Cavecreek Court in Homer Glen was arrested for disorderly conduct after he pulled into the drive through window at White Castle at about 12:44 am and began making unwanted comments to a 22-year-old female employee.  Calbrese then drove around the parking lot waving at the girl and later called the restaurant and stated that he thought the girl was cute.  Around 2:30 am, deputies were called to Speedway and spoke with the female employee and another co-worker.  They informed deputies of what had taken place earlier at White Castle and stated that Calbrese was also at the Speedway. Deputies spoke with Calbrese and took him into custody.

Summary:  Person/s unknown stole 2 aluminum corner sections and 2 aluminum panels from a construction site.

Summary:  Employee of Circle K/Shell Gas stated that while walking up to the bank entrance with a bank bag, an unknown male/black, about 19 to 25 years of age, 5’10”, grabbed the bag from his hand, entered a dark green Pontiac Grand Prix and drove off.  The employee chased the offender to the vehicle but could not stop him.   Under investigation.

Summary:  Ophelia J. Brown, age 30, of 7811 S. Winchester Avenue in Chicago was cited for no tail lights and driving while license suspended.

Summary:  Stephen Wasilewski, age 24, of 418 Tonelli Trail in Lockport was arrested for DUI and failure to signal.

2/1       Location:  14000 block of W. 159^th

Summary:  Employee of J & F Electric stated that person/s unknown cut the locks off of the utility boxes and stole several copper grounding bars and a roll of copper wire.

Location:  12000 block of W. Partridge Lane

Summary:  Person/s unknown entered a vehicle and stole a gold ring.

Summary:  Sonya Jefferson, age 47, of 1924 Hamlin in Chicago was arrested for improper lane usage and DUI.

Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a Fed-Ex delivery box off the front porch of a residence.

Summary:  Person/s unknown broke the side window out of a vehicle and stole a tote bag containing a lunch bag and miscellaneous paperwork.

Summary:  Kelsey C. Binkus, age 19, of 8 Ivy Court in Bolingbrook was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole a PlayStation gaming system, 6 games, a controller, and power cables.
