The life of 22-year-old Danielle Trevithick was cut short when a Zion man’s SUV slammed into her vehicle in a head-on-collision.
Michael Albers was driving more than twice the posted speed limit with a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit.
Two passengers in Albers’ GMC Envoy also sustained permanent injuries from the Aug. 12, 2010 crash on Grass Lake Road in unincorporated Antioch Township.
