Bryson Matthew Murray, 20, is preliminarily charged with driving while intoxicated endangering a person and driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .15 percent or greater, both Class A misdemeanors.  MORE

According to a probable cause affidavit, Muncie police officer Kristopher Duncan observed Murray’s vehicle driving left of the center line on two occasions while pedestrians were walking nearby on both sides of the road.
