CHARLESTOWN, IN (WAVE) – The principal of Charlestown High School, who is accused of driving under the influence, faced a judge on Monday.

A pre-trial conference was set for Keith Hedges, who was arrested on the night of Sept. 4 in Floyd County. Police say Hedges’ blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit
