Vigo County – The Indiana State Police report that on December 2, 2019, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Jeffrey Rohrer, age 59, of Montgomery, Indiana was stopped for disregarding a stop sign and almost striking a State Police commission at 1st Street and Sycamore Street, by Trooper Gerald Stump.  Further investigation by Trooper Stump revealed that Rohrer displayed signs of impairment and had a blood alcohol content of .11%.  Rohrer was taken to the Vigo County Jail.
