Graham arrested for OWI 2nd and PCS Marijuana
On 12/07/20 at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle west of Le Mars on Hwy 75.  During the investigation, it was determined the driver, Anthony Darrell Graham Jr., age 30 of Sioux City, Iowa was possibly impaired. A certified drug recognition expert with the Le Mars Police Department assisted with the investigation. 
As a result, Graham was arrested and charged with operating while under the influence 2nd offense and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 1st offense.

Windle arrested for OWI 1st
In the early morning hours of 11/27/2020, the Plymouth County Sheriff’s office made contact with an individual sitting in a vehicle at an address on Noble Ave in Plymouth County, Iowa. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brigette Windle, age 38 of Le Mars, Iowa. Windle showed signs of impairment and was given field sobriety tests. Upon completion of the field sobriety tests, Windle was placed under arrest, transported to the Plymouth County Jail, and charged with OWI 1st offense. The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Le Mars Police Department.
Baezacosta arrested for OWI/PCS/Paraphernalia
On November 6, 2020, at approximately 23:39 hours, the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Highway 75 near mile marker 117. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Hector Baezacosta, 25, of California and upon further investigation, Baezacosta was arrested and booked into the Plymouth County Jail for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, speeding, no valid driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance 1st and drug paraphernalia.
