November 10 7:44 a.m. – Antonia Leann Hernandez, 22, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki PowWow Grounds by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of drunken driving. Released Nov. 11 at !0:20 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond. 8:00 a.m. – Nathaniel Louis Kupka, 27, Chelsea, charged and cited to court by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving-3rd.  MORE
