David B. Reese, 25, 1911 Indiana Ave., was eastbound “traveling at an extremely high rate of speed” in the 400 block of Rev. Richard Wilson Drive in Kenner when a detective saw him Wednesday night, according to a Kenner police report. The police caught up to Reese and stopped him in the 1900 block of Clay Street, said Lt.
