A Hammond man who flipped his vehicle into a ditch on U.S. Highway 190 near Goodbee in August 2010, was found guilty Tuesday of his seventh driving while intoxicated charge.
Thomas Mason, 59, has managed to escape major jail time so far, but, because of a 2005 law change, he is now facing between 10 and 30 years in jail.  MORE
