Byron Keith Nora, 55, was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Jail following a crash at about 2:30 am on Saturday April 16th in Lake Charles, La. Nora was charged with vehicular homicide and DWI along with other traffic charges. His passenger, Lionel Hampton, was taken to a hospital and died of his injuries.
