A Monroe man is facing up to 30 years in jail after pleading guilty to a driving while intoxicated fifth offense charge in 4th Judicial District Court. Court documents say this isn’t John Wayne Todd’s first time to be arrested on a DWI — it’s his 10th. Todd, 60, of 1428 Jackson St., Monroe, was scheduled to go to trial this week. Jury selection was about to begin when the suspect pleaded guilty. Todd will be sentenced March 31. ….MORE
