Alyssa was punch drunk

Maine State Police report that on 9/21/19 Maine Trooper Bureau and Trooper Harrington responded to Roberts Shore Road in Liberty for a report of an assault. Tr. Bureau and Harrington learned the suspect left the scene. The suspect vehicle was located turning into a driveway on Trues Pond Road in Liberty. The vehicle was operated by Alyssa McIntyre (23) and the suspect was Alan Hurd (39) both of Liberty. Upon further investigation, McIntyre was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol and with a suspended license. McIntyre was charged with OUI and OAS criminal.

For Whom the Toll Bells

Maine State Police report on Sept. 27, 2019, that Sgt. Bureau received information from a toll taker at the New Gloucester barrier toll on I-95 that a female driver just came through the cash toll and was suspected to be impaired.  Several motorists told the toll taker that the driver was all over the road and the toll taker also suspected the driver to be impaired after speaking with her.  A vehicle description and plate number were provided.  Sgt. Bureau located the suspected driver as the vehicle passed him going South and stopped the vehicle shortly after.  The driver, Dana Calkins (63) of Orleans, MA was put through field sobriety testing.  Sgt. Bureau developed probable cause to determine Calkins was impaired.  She was arrested for Operating Under the Influence and transported to Cumberland County Jail.

Nestor Trevino is a special kind of idiot

Maine State Police report that on Sept. 28, 2019, Maine State Trooper Moore was traveling through Hallowell when he was cut off by a 1968 Oldsmobile convertible.

Four men were sitting up on the back of the car and the operator Nestor Trevino (30) of Tennessee was using his hands as pistols shooting them in the air as he drove by.

Tr. Moore performed SFST’s on Nestor and observed signs of impairment. He was arrested then transported to Gardiner Police Dept. for a breath test. Nestor’s BAC was above the legal limit.

Guard rail protected the countryside from Sandra

On 09-27-19 Tpr. Duda responded to a single-vehicle crash near mile marker 26 southbound. The lone female operator, Sandra Disanto (56) lost control and slammed into a guard rail. Disanto was transported to Maine Medical Center for complaints of pain.  Disanto was charged with operating under the influence.  Blood test results are pending. 

Sgt. Pappas arrested Alexis Irving for OUI and her intox results were over the legal limit.  

Who is the mystery drunk driver?

On 09-27-19 Tpr. Duda and Tpr. Williams responded to mile 26 on the Maine Turnpike for a personal injury crash.  The driver of the suspect vehicle was transported to Maine Medical center.  The driver’s name is not currently available however the driver was charged with OUI alcohol.

Was the tree drinking? No. It was Jordyn Doucette, say police

 The tree belonged in the woods and Douchette’s vehicle belonged on the highway.

Maine State Police say that shortly after 4 am on Friday, September 27th, State Police were called to a crash on the Little Madawaska Lake Road in Westmanland. Tr. Matt Curtin responded to the crash and determined 24-year-old Jordyn Doucette of Westmanland had been traveling West when her vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree. Doucette suffered minor injuries and was transported to Cary Medical Center by a family member. She was treated for her injuries and later released. It appears Speed and Alcohol were factors in this crash. The investigation is active and ongoing.

Courtney Stevens OUI arrest

Police say that on Sept. 26, 2019, Trooper Miles Carpenter responded to a vehicle off the road in Trescott.  As a result of further investigation, Trooper Carpenter arrested Courtney Stevens (30) of Lubec for Operating Under the Influence.

Michael Church OUI arrest

Trooper Dana Austin received a report of a motor vehicle complaint in Franklin. As a result of the investigation, Michael Church (47) of Franklin was arrested on Sept. 28, 2019, for Operating Under the Influence. Michael was also charged with Assault and Refusing to Submit to arrest. Trooper Austin was assisted at the scene by Sergeant Jason Sattler, Corporal Christopher Smith, Trooper Gavin Endre, and the Ellsworth Police Department.

Brian Denbow OUI arrest

Sergeant Jeff Ingemi arrested Brian Denbow (28) of Perry, for Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol and Operating after Suspension after a traffic stop in Marshfield. 

Suspended driver’s permit? Doesn’t bother this outlaw

Trooper Caleb McGary arrested Yulian Maksutov (24) of Ellsworth, for Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol, Operating After Suspension, and Violation of a Conditional Release after a traffic stop in Trenton.  Police say that a breath test was refused.
