advised they observed a vehicle leaving the area but that vehicle returned and the operator,
identified as Lee, got out of the vehicle and started walking toward the witness’s residence.   The
witness stated it was obvious that the subject was intoxicated and called the police.

Police observed damage to Lee’s vehicle and also observed damage to another parked vehicle in the area. Investigation revealed the Lee had backed into the parked vehicle. Based on the results of those tests Lee was taken into custody for suspicion of DWI. Lee submitted to a
breath test the results of which were .20. Lee was then issued citations for the above violations
and released to a responsible person after signing for the citations.
