Maryland: drunk driver kills 3 in rear-end collision at 3 am near Wilson Bridge on Rt. 210


A drunk driver was operating this 2002 GMC Yukon when it rammed a Mazda, below, and sent it careening off the highway, killing the three people inside, two of whom have been identified by police.  Police took the DWI driver into custody and have not yet released his name.    photos courtesy, left, of NBC 4 Washington, and right, ABC 7 WJLA TV

Three people were killed and another was seriously injured early Sunday morning when a small car they were traveling in was rear ended by an alleged drunk driver in a speeding SUV on Indian Head Highway in Oxon Hill, police say.Prince George’s County Police say that a GMC Yukon rammed a four-door Mazda on Route 210 at Wilson Bridge Drive at about 3:15 a.m. The Mazda, carrying four people, then careened into a tree.
