Jules Joseph Jordan, of 226 Cambridge Place, Prince Frederick, Md., was arrested for DUI on Jan. 1, 2009, by Maryland State Trooper J. Wiersma as he operated a 1993 Chevy southbound on Clay Hammond Road at Dares Beach Road.  In a plea deal with the Calvert County States Attorney, the charge was put on the Stet Docket on July 29, 2009. Prince Frederick attorney Robert Harvey arranged the deal.

Nicholas Anthony Kriner, 28, of 1200 Prince Street, Dunkirk, Md, was arrested by Calvert Sheriff’s Deputy R. Trass on Oct. 25, 2008, and charged with DUI as he operated a 1995 Chrysler on Fowler Road at Mount Harmony Road. In a plea deal with the Calvert County States Attorney Laura Martin, Kriner pleaded guilty to DWI on May 27, 2009. THE DEAL: Kriner was given a verdict of Probation Before Judgement and ten days in jail with all ten days suspended and zero fine.  NO FINE, NO TIME.
