Worcester County – Maryland Natural Resources Police Sgt. Art Windemuth reports that on June 18, 2011 at 7:19 p.m., NRP charged Reginald Leno Grant Jr., 26 from Windsor Mill, Md. with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol while transporting a minor, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, reckless driving, negligent driving and carrying a passenger under 16 years of age in a unenclosed bed of a truck.  Police say that officers responded to single car accident in Pocomoke River State Park, where Grant’s vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a tree.  Grant was carrying four children, ages 10-12 in the bed of truck during the accident.
