Queen Anne’s County Sheriff DWI ARRESTS
TIMOTHY MICHAEL RICCA
GRASONVILLE, MD. Â Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Gary Hofman reports that on Dec. 3, 2015 at 10:14 pm, Dfc. Andrew Neal stopped a white Honda for speeding on Rt. 18 near Grasonville, Md. While speaking with the driver, Timothy Michael Ricca, 29, of Grasonville, an odor of alcoholic beverage was noted. Following the stop, Ricca stating he had had a few drinks earlier, several field sobriety tasks were attempted. Based on observations and additional indicators Ricca was placed under arrest for DWI. After citations were issued, he was released at the scene to a sober family member.
DAVID WILLIAM MARTIN
CHURCH HILL, MD.  – Following a report of a suspicious vehicle on Kennersley Farm Lane, a lowered pickup was observed by a deputy as it was parked on the side of Clabber Hill Road near South East Creek Road at Church Hill, Md. on Dec. 8, 2015, at 1:58 am. David William Martin, 21, of Centreville, was identified as the driver by his Maryland Driver’s License. While Queen Anne’s Sheriff’s Deputy Doug Prince was talking with Martin, the deputy reports that a strong odor of alcohol was noticed. Several field sobriety tasks were attempted and Martin was placed under arrest by the deputy for DWI. He was later released at the location to a sober individual.
