An Oil City, Pa., man who was injured Thursday when his motorcycle was pinned beneath a car on Eastern Boulevard died Friday, and a Hagerstown man has been charged with 21 counts in connection with causing the fatal accident, including driving under the influence and fleeing the scene.
Richard Burchfield II, 45, died Friday at Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown, where he was taken after the accident to be treated for numerous injuries, authorities said.
