Ira R. Brownlow Jr.: Four DWI arrests since 2016; Montgomery County Md. States Attorney John McCarthy dropped two DWI charges.
IRA RANDOLPH BROWNLOW JR.,
2nd DWI arrest in 2020; 4 DWI arrests between 2016 and December 24, 2020. Two driving while impaired with alcohol arrests in Montgomery County Maryland were dropped by Montgomery County States Attorney John McCarthy.
Arrested for DWI on Dec. 13, 2016, by Montgomery County Police Officer Michael Damsey, the charges were dropped by McCarthy on October 3, 2017.
The Dec. 6, 2018 arrest by Montgomery County Police Officer Adam Al-Hakim resulted in the charge being dumped by the prosecutor on July 1, 2019.
Brownlow was arrested by a Prince Georges County Police Officer on July 15, 2020, and charged with DWI as he operated a Cadillac at 155 NATIONAL PLAZA in OXON HILL, MD
A number of years went by when Brownlow didn’t get arrested for DWI as he was incarcerated on a sentence of 14 years in prison for distribution of cocaine.
Troopers from The Maryland State Police Forestville Barrack made a visit to the family of Fallen Hero Trooper First Class Wesley Brown. The family was appreciative of the visit, and the flowers and gifts is just our way of letting them know we will never forget our brother, Tfc. Wesley Brown!!!

Tfc. Kashef Khan was presented with a Commander’s Award by Lt. John Revel, along with F/Sgt. Tyrone Powell and D/Sgt. Chris Bowling at the Forestville Barrack. Tfc. Khan specializes in DUI detection and so far this year alone, Tfc. Khan has completed more than 1000 traffic stops and has made a total of 83 arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Thank you Tfc. Khan! Outstanding work!
