THE QUEEN ANNE’S COUNTY MARYLAND SHERIFF REPORTS THE FOLLOWING DWI ARREST:

INCIDENT: DWI
DATE / TIME: 11/28/2015 @ 1910 Hours
LOCATION: RT 8 near Sonny Schultz Blvd., Stevensville
DETAILS: A silver Toyota was stopped for 14 mph over the posted speed limit. The driver was unable to provide the deputy a driver’s license and a check showed he was revoked in Utah. Several signs of a possible DWI Driver were also noted.
While attempting several field sobriety tasks the driver stated he had been at a bar watching football.
Sunil Sanjeeva Najak (50) of Salt Lake City, Utah was placed under arrest for DWI. He was held by a District Court Commissioner on a $5000 bond.
