Maryland: Top Cop Oliver “Skip” Stewart worked for years at reducing teen drinking and driving

Now retired from the St.  Mary’s County, Maryland, Sheriff’s Department, Cpl. Oliver “Skip” Stewart was for much of his time on the agency, assigned to work alcohol enforcement.  In that job Stewart worked with beverage retailers to tighten up and reduce sales of alcohol to minors.  The effort was successful in many ways and was coordinated with the Project Graduation program which was started by St. Mary’s County States Attorney Walter B. Dorsey.
