WINCHENDON, Mass.—A Rindge man was charged with drunk driving after a fatal crash on Route 202 in Winchendon, Mass.
Glenn Austin, 54, of Lord Brook Road, is charged with operating under the influence, second offense.
About 3 p.m. Tuesday, Austin was driving a 2002 Ford F-150 south on Route 202 when a 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada driven by Joseph Larochelle, 80, of Winchendon, veered into his lane and was struck by Austin’s truck, Winchendon police Lt. David Walsh wrote in a news release.
