A subsequent records check revealed Zenon Romld Bialokur’s 13 drunk driving convictions, which date back to 1998. Additionally, Bialokur’s record includes ten convictions for driving with a suspended license and 12 “current suspensions of his driving privilege.”
Bialokur was charged with felony drunk driving, driving without a license, and possessing “open intoxicants” in a motor vehicle. At Bialokur’s arraignment yesterday, a judge set his bond at $50,000.
