A 36-year-old Belle Plaine man was sentenced to probation last week after a road-rage incident turned into his third DWI conviction in three years.  Judge Diane Hanson sentenced Aaron Jon Carlson to a stay of adjudication with up to five years of probation for a fleeing police.
