Dakota County District Judge Michael V. Sovis has seen his share of accused drunken drivers come through his courtroom.
Now, he’s one of them.
Sovis, 63, who was arrested Christmas Eve after allegedly hitting several parked cars in St. Paul, was charged Thursday, Dec. 27, with two counts of third-degree drunken driving.
Court documents show his blood-alcohol level was 0.28, more than three times the legal limit for driving of 0.08. ….MORE
